Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution
ABIC has assisted with the development and acquisition
of over 500 MW of power generation projects in Iran. We
have also advised both the private sector as well as the
government on structuring various PPP projects during the
development of distribution and transmission networks.
Petrochemicals
We have provided advisory to both local and foreign
investors on over $1 billion of transactions in the
petrochemical sector, ranging from Propane
Dehydrogenization projects and Ammonia plants to
downstream Urea production plants and other fertilizers.
Telecommunication
ABIC's depth of knowledge and experience in the Iranian
telecommunication sector is unrivaled as we have been
involved with almost all of the country's large scale
projects since the privatization and deregulation of the
telecommunication sector began in year 2000.
